SCOG is designed for players of all skill levels, 30 and over, to continue playing the game they love. We also welcome guys in their mid to late twenties, 30 is more of a guideline. We play an inter-squad game each week. We play once a week March through May, and September through November (We are off June through August). SCOG has formed a great group focusing on playing Lacrosse but also networking and looking out for each other. If you feel SCOG might be for you please contact any of the members listed below:

Our spring and fall schedule is posted below. We are off the months of June, July and August. We will play on Thursdays March-May and September-November starting after Labor Day. SPRING DATES:
