Information for Families
| WATER |
| There is a water source near the restrooms where you may fill water jugs and bottes for your team. Teams are responsible for their own teams hydration needs. Please clean up your bench area as you depart each game. |
| CONCESSIONS |
| There will be food vendors at Matthews Sportsplex Teams are welcome to bring their own coolers & food. NO GRILLS & NO alcoholic beverages at any field |
| TOURNEY GEAR |
| Will be offered for sale at Matthews Sportsplex We accept Visa, Master Card, Checks & Cash. Tourney stores will open at approximately 9AM both Saturday and Sunday. |
| PARKING |

Please carpool with teammates to the Matthews Sportsplex; parking at this new facility will be at a premium. Carpool-carpool-carpool to the Mathews Sports Plex-thank you! No Pets are allowed at any of the fields at any of the facilities. |
| TEAM TENTS |
|
Team Tents may be set up BUT they will need to be set up outside the fences at Matthews Sportsplex (no tents will be permitted on any of the turf fields). Fans & Spectators will be asked to view the games from the sidelines opposite the team benches’ at all fields. Coaches ONLY on the team bench and players sidelines. |
