Why Empire Lacrosse Camp? | ||||||||||||||||||
Empire Lacrosse Camp recognizes that summer is the perfect time for lacrosse players to advance their skills and understanding of the game. At the same time, it is a time to have fun! Empire Lacrosse Camp promises to incorporate individual improvement and team building while combining positional instruction, along with team competition. The directors of Empire Lacrosse Camp are professional educators and coaches who have dedicated themselves to teaching the game. Morning Session Information | ||||||||||||||||||
The morning session is devoted to individual and positional skills. Campers will perform drills designed to improve their fundamental skills led by camp directors and college coaches and will also include position seminars |

Afternoon Session Information | ||||||||||||||||||
The afternoon session will combine both individual and team instruction. Team practices will include instruction in basic and advanced team concepts such as settled offense and defense, transition, extra-man offense and defense, and riding and clearing. |

Evening Session Information | ||||||||||||||||||
The evening session is “game time”. Campers will compete in two games per evening session while receiving individual instruction from team coaches and field directors. |
